To set up wholesale account with us, simply register online with your company information. Transactions conducted through this site may require an additional proof of reseller's permit or Tax ID.

@ Minimum Order

Our minimum order size is $50 not including shipping charge. There is no minimum quantity for each style.

@ Ordering

Please note that online orders will be a priority to process, and could delay orders made by fax or e-mail. To place an order by fax, please send your order to Fax# : 212-532-0538 and to place an order by e-mail please send us your order to Contact@wholesale24x7.com. Please be advised that we do not accept orders over the phone. For first time customers please mail us a copy of your business EIN# along with the business certificate prior to placing your order. 

@ Credit Card Payment

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card. We use PayPal Virtual Terminal to process credit card payment. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Please select Credit Card at check out to pay by credit card. Your credit card will not be charged for item(s) until they are shipped out.

@ Shipping

Items that are in stock will ship within 24hours after you place your order. (We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders might take 24-48 hours to process. If there is a delay you will be contacted immediately. For standard ground shipping please allow 2-7 business days in the U.S and 5-10 business days in Canada to arrive. Currently we only utilize UPS as the main source to ship out packages. All orders will be shipped out via UPS standard ground shipping unless specified. Actual shipping charges may be slightly more or less than estimated rate when you order online, depending on the declared value of the order. Shipping charge will be adjusted to actual shipping cost when the order is ready to ship.

All sales are final on WWW.WHOLESALE24X7.COM. In the rare instance that your merchandise is delivered to you in a defective, damaged or incomplete condition, send e-mail to us at contact@wholesale24x7.com within 7 days of delivery. Elegant Essence has the option to service first, repair or exchange the damaged piece.

@ Back-Ordered Items

To expedite your order, we will ship all in-stock items right away and ship any back-ordered items as soon as we receive them at no additional shipping charge. Most back-ordered items are shipped in 4 to 6 weeks.
