If something didn’t meet your standards, let us know.  Although we don’t accept exchange nor returns, we’re always open to feedback and would like to know how we can improve our products.

If you believe you have received defected merchandise, you must contact (our email address) within 7 days of the package’s original delivery.  Please provide us order number, item number(s), and a photo of the damage.

We will provide a Return Authorization Number to start your return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If are approved of your refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.
